Atlantis vs Lemuria. Same timelines repeating or finally humanity breaking up repeating cycle?

Both started off benevolent and in service to Source/God the infamous Garden-Paradise.
Raider races found earth and compromised enough of the original humans, slowly cultivating ego pride and then lulling them into separation from Source and each other with it, and then the realms started to drop in vibration the more people disconnected from the God within , in favor of seeking out the favor of these very powerful and enchanting new visitors to the garden.
Once enough were captured with the spells, they pulled the classic, made the other side the enemy (ran both sides of the war) to get the masses on board with war and chaos leading to the final fall/donwgrade.
Sames tactics repeat as survivors of the floods and cataclysms moved to higher ground around the world, which is why we see the same building styles all over the planet.
The patterns repeat, waiting on us to remember who we are, what happened, how it happened and how to break the cycles.

-Pollute the air, food, drinks and homes with toxic substances that cause incohearancy of the mind heart and soul, causing sickness and suffering.
