Great summary. Oh and Trump came out yesterday and questioned the ability to change the constitution, which immediatley and rightfully so was condemned by politicians from both sides as well as the media. Trap set. Good preemtive move.

Well now you have the Demoncrats and Establishment defending the Constitution as a "sancrosanct document" that is absolute and has been the unquestioned rule of law for over 200 years. Something they have had trouble doing in recent years. And the premise of the Brunson v Adams case is that the defendants failed their oaths to the United States Constitution and oaths of office to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic." Brunson alleges that Defendants violated the Constitution and their respective oaths by intentionally refusing to ensure an honest and fair election.
