funny suspect stuff habbening in the New Orleans french quarter @ jackson square.. someone I know who is a black shaman style paitriot was asked to come there& others were told to stay away.. He has been having mkultra issues from his military service& becoming violent.. His wife called me & said suspect cars & preople were wandering near their house this last week.. She is very worried for him.. sez all the licence plate # have777 in them...
