So even though he is well aware there is no regulatory agency on AI and that it is reckless to move ahead without it, he is pushing forward with Neurolink-which puts AI into humans, when there will be ZERO oversight as to what a human can be made to do with it, or what could become of a human with the AI.
Medical device testing will just check for the bodies acceptance of the device and if it can be safely installed.
