Since we are talking DNA lets talk about how Plasmids help us genetically modify genes in a bacteria such as E.coli which can then be cultured and allowed to grow up and express the modified gene which can then be isolated from the bacteria and given to you using MRNA via say a jab in order to modify your DNA...Keep in mind the scientist can design any gene modification sequence they wish and these can be made, frozen for a lifetime, and revived..I have seen this first hand.."Overexpression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) is one of the frequent mechanisms implicated in cancer progression, and so is the overexpression of the enzyme phospholipase D (PLD) and its reaction product, phosphatidic acid (PA)."
