USA inc is dissolved from my understanding.
But it’s not immediate.
A business, can continue operations while going through the reorganization process.
We are not under a constitution or the like as yet.
So where are we?

If the business is insolvent, its debts exceed its assets and the business is unable to pay debts as they come due, the bankruptcy restructuring may result in the company's owners being left with nothing; instead, the owners' rights and interests are ended and the company's creditors are left with ownership of the newly reorganized company.

I dont agree. if the banks have charged unlawful interest/ fees on us forever, them they are the criminals and we get our hard earned money back.
