The thing that get's me is why is this even a question. Of course we do Only an idiot would think otherwise. The problem is all the lawyers.
They routinely use contract law to screw us and protect themselves.
Simple truth, you can't enter into contract with a party not privy to it.
Implied consent is just another way of saying we tricked them into believing that this is a real thing. It is no wonder why our original Constitution banned them from holding any public office. Time to make that a thing again, and give them back to parliment who they actually work for.
