the most important thing we can say is “i understand your point ..”
“if they dont ask you yout point, they really dont want to know… and thats okay. really it is.”
peacemakers know when to speak, direct conversation, and move on to the better things for all🥰
fixers want to fix the way others think so they feel better about themselves. 😬ouch! i was such a fixer!
