My belief is that part of the Great Awakening is simply remembering how to be human again, one that is good, hopeful, positive, kind and loving.

The past few years have stripped away layer upon layer of negative, unnecessary and harmful traits, habits, distractions and beliefs. Fitting that we are in the Fall season, because what's happening resembles a tree shedding its leaves as the cold of winter approaches. The old leaves change color, wither and fall away. Once the tree has loosened its grasp and finally let go of the old leaves, it actually seals off the spot of the break where the leaf was attached so that energy is conserved and built up for the Spring, when a beautiful new leaf grows again.

The process of growth is gradual and never ends. It takes time to reconnect with our heart, soul and spirit. ✨♥️✨
