Yes, Red. I picked up a dozen bogus followers last week too. Kind of surprised in that I figured I was too insignificant to draw attention.
It is quite possible the recent surge in sob stories and prayer requests are a ploy to depress us and exhaust our energy. Then, even if aware of the problem, we must take an extra few minutes to discern whether the request is from a human.

I had about 6-8 of those last week, I just blocked them all, for one they had just signed up and no posts, less that 20 followers. No time for that crap.
