HAARP has been used for years to control our weather, therehas never been a real drought or naturally occuringhurricanes. Mytheoryisthat when Trump tookoffice he had HAARP shut off, if u rememberafter he took office we heard 1st time theterm "Bomb Cyclone." I believe that these anomalies are from it being shut off n mothernature is bouncing back/recovering from the frequency abuse to the planet herself. she has chakras just like us, n in order to tone themback to as close to her homeostasis as possibleshe has got to have fits/boughts of atmospheric change torebalance nre-tone to original state

Yeah used to live in MN myself, the year it hit 30 below I got on a plane n never looked back!
