I didn't hear that until today and I got tears in my eyes. A co-worker that I worked the night shift with at AT&T in Bedminster introduced me to this play. We would whistle and sing the entire soundtrack every night. I saw the play twice on Broadway. I always would practice the role of Eponine and used to sing it well before my c-section surgeries. We always sang that song on the night shift. That co-worker and almost everyone I worked with in that building died young. I wish he was alive to see that. I would not have been so sad if I had heard him come into the room with that song.
