I read the all of the law of war manual. It's been around for ages.
Laws can only be enforced under substantial evidence.
And these laws can never be enforced under corrupt judges.
Corruption still exists.
Until justice against these corrupt justices are resolved,
then we have a chance of winning.
3 years of corrupt voting never resolved, and he has the nerve
to run again for president?
If he never conceded then the military could legal apply the rule of engagement under the law of war and caught them red handed.
