REGARDING FETTERMAN:
1) someone or all of them needs to get fired in the election supervisor offices
2) if there is cheating, then DO NOT CERTIFY!
3) if there is cheating and/or incompetence, then DO NOT CERTIFY!
4) FIRE THE INCOMPETENT CHEATING ELECTION OFFICIALS! Get rid of them before 2024!
5) PASS A LAW THAT YOU HAVE TO PASS A COMPETENCY TEST TO BE GOVERNOR OR PRESIDENT
