Receipe:
1 Get the best coffee beans around, taste: Cacao, acidity: smooth and nice
2 Grind
3 Steam it, no Alu, or throw it into the cup loose!
4 Boiling Water
5 Milk (1/2 fat normally)
6 Cocolate powder
7 Mince it with the energy of your best and brightest!

I cut out sugar last year by adding a tiny pinch of the amazing Redmonds salt, slowly reduced the amount of sugar over a week, it sounds bizarre but it worked I now just have coffee with cream and a dash of salt. I figure the salt cuts the bitterness.
