what level are we supposed to get to? I have done the 432, 528 and going on up. I have read the 7 chakra levels. I am working on decalcifying my pineal gland. For some reason, I feel like we are supposed to get to 1111hz. What else am I missing??

I just swap them out depending on how I feel, I dont know about any of that, I have not studied it. I have been doing it on my own. I listen to 1111 sometimes and down to like 200's.

I listen on my laptop, sometimes phone with it on other side of bed. I cant sleep with headphones, side sleeper, but it would be great if I could.
