Good luck suing Musk for firing them if the companies headquarters are located in an "At will" employment state!
That law says the employer does not HAVE TO HAVE a reason to fire you.
The only way I could see it even being taken up would be if they could prove they were fired because of things like protected class like religion, sex, race etc...
He can fire them for NO FOOKN REASON in an "at will' state.

I believe that Twitter is in California and we are an "at will" state. We can also quit the same way!!
