Was thinking along this truth today and thought maybe the
sickos-criminals-pervs-traitors are so bad, so many in every
nook and cranny and high tower, that it is a reason for no
arrests/executions visibly...because if all were dealt with--
publically -[Billions] possibly, most of mankind would wonder
if any remaining honest authorities/whitehats actually are, or
can remain so..which creates a real conundrum
