🧐 Thanks for bringing this to my attention!
I have blocked this user, I usually begin to follow newbies when they first sign up with little or no bio info on their profile page. I wish there was a nuke button for those spammers who are clearly in violation, but unfortunately there is no current solution to this!

Click on the icon that has nine small squares (see attachment two) to bring up the drop down option to BLOCK the user. Done!
