Spent time with my sister over the wknd – she mentioned that she was feeling stuck in a low vibe energy and couldn't get out of it. I gave her a huge hug and held her for a min, to which she burst out laughing and said that my energy helped. We spent the rest of the day in happy, light vibes. 😊✨

Reminded me of this visual – our energy is contagious. Sometimes the best that we can do is to spread our light and lift others up when they're feeling low.
