You will find this in The Books of Enoch more than once including the First Parable.
And again I saw flashes of lightning and the stars of Heaven, and I saw how He called them all by their names, and they obeyed Him. 43:1
Uriel, the Holy Angel who is the leader of the Lights of Heaven, showed Enoch all such astronomical "laws" in The Book of the Heavenly Luminaries. This section, includes the law of the stars.
You will also find this in The Book of Psalms.
He determines the number of the stars; he gives to all of them their names. Psalm 147: 4

I have video footage of the stars that shows the same. Mine isn't as good/clear as this video as I made it with a cell phone, but the movement as well as the "dancing" around as though it is in/by water.

Ezekiel and all of the prophets saw in the spirit, not in the natural world. God opened their eyes to the real world, the spiritual world, and they wrote it for people to know there are two worlds. The natural world is for learning how to live in the spiritual world after physical death when we pass on.

This present world is a way of teaching about the REAL world. The Scriptures tell us, "That which is real IS the Eternal" because it will never pass away. We make choices in this life how we will spend Eternity-- with God or without Him.
Since that is the case, we MUST choose God while we have breath (!), which He says is" in our nostrils!" (Psalm 146:3-5) Once it stops, we are IN Eternity. The choice of THAT Life will have already been made!
One of the greatest metaphors about this subject matter, was in the Indiana Jones series. We must "Choose Wisely!"

I also saw a wheel but I was laying in the snow on a Mtn and staring into the clear blue sky. It was a meditation and then I felt like I was hovering and saw this light circle thing open up. Not saying one way or another, just remembered the experience and always wondered about it in terms of Ezekiel.
