Why is chicken so gross lately? I cook it the way I always have and it's gray and rubbery! I buy organic and I still don't think it's really chicken anymore 🤬

I’ve noticed the same thing lately. I’ve also noticed it going rancid before the ‘best by’ date in some cases.
