Saturday I worked on my yard again all day long to do hurricane cleanup. I was in the back yard for 2 hours raking branches and debris, & came to the front to get water. Some antifa-looking guy with long hair to his shoulders came in my driveway to approach me. I said what are you selling, cuz I am not interested. He said nothing, he just wanted "my opinion" & I said sounds like solar panels (heard it 100 times). I asked him to go, and he wanted to argue. Just then a police officer pulled up to my driveway, and forced Mr. asswipe to talk and then leave my home.

Turns out a neighbor called about him & his band of scruffy cronies, to say they were scoping the neighborhood to loot & rob. The guy tried to lie & say he lived there, & I said no way, he does not live here. He finally left, & the police followed him to his scruffy straggly friends, & escorted them out of the neighborhood.

So the local police did that for the first time., ever Normally, we are sitting targets.

Get security cams - then, when you come out with your shot gun over your arm, and calmly ask them to leave, and they refuse - its all recorded.

Swaan and REO are inexpensive and have apps that allow you to moniter them with your phone.

We have them hardeired (more secure) covering all the property and corral.

I have a wifi one in the chicken coop... because, well, chickens are fun to watch 😁
