I do not know much about Meloni, but just because someone may be misled in their support for Ukraine, that does not necessarily mean that they are evil. From what I can tell so far, she has no love for the N.W.O and they feel threatened by her. And even if Putin himself is not necessarily an evil man at heart, that does not necessarily mean he is without his flaws, perhaps one of them being pride and when you are in a position in which you can control energy output to other nations, you then have the leverage to influence both the foreign and domestic policies of those nations.

That kind of power can tend to make one feel unstoppable and therefore cause them to be lifted up in pride.
