Q has mentioned her several times, and has mentioned her mother.

Did you know that Maggie interned for "George" magazine (answering phones was one of her duties)? And that her mother, Nancy Haberman, worked as a publicist/spokesperson for "George"? A couple of John's friends mentioned them in their memoirs.
