I'd have to say it's all for optics. One just have to know the timeline, who was still in the WH as POTUS. Of course the Gen/Adm will have to say those things so that [they-BO/HRC/Bush] cant suspect Snowden's ultimate mission, bc many WHats still R in danger & family. He had trove of data against the CABAL, & why when he went to HK, and gave that to the alliance, Xi was able to purge many of the CCP/Minions BTS since he went to HK. How else can any of the alliance be able to do the things BTS for the mil, if the evidence wasn't given to an alliance pwr, like Xi-Putin 1st, bc many children from China R being killed for vampires here in the US/EU. Snowden did this back in 2013, and it had to be done at a timeline that can get some leverage for the Alliance to win this for 45's timeline & for the ENDGAME. Connect the timeline.
