I'd like to give a big thanks to God and my AU family!
I have implemented many of the natural remedies that were shared and am very thankful for the prayers, support and encouragement.
I went to my dr's appointment today and needless to say my dr. bout crapped his pants. I've lost 10lbs since I last saw him. My bp was 119/73.

Thats huge D. I am still taking the blood pressure beet capsules along with the super beet chews. Since I no longer will be going into the VA for my health care I just monitor my bp at home. I've had some success at seeing bp the lowest I have ever seen however it's not consistent. So hats off to you.

Hubs takes beet root, it has kept his bp very manageable👍

I'm waiting on my super chews. I've been bbq'ing beets and dang they are good! I'll be monitoring my bp randomly for the next few months.
