People Seeing it Everywhere right now = The Shift to 4th Density (4D) is nearing completion (re: Schumann Resonance blackout Sept 7 - September 16)
4D is a short term "stop" until we reach 5th Density (5D)
This is why no emphasis was ever made on going from 3D to 4D, because it's a "stop" no different from taking a plane trip and "stopping" some place until you reach your true destination.
