Why would this girl be asking permission from Putin, on camera, to name a falcon "Storm"?
Why did Putin need to bring up the ongoing Special Military Operation in Donbas? An operation that Putin claims will result in the end of "Liberal Globalism".

Appears to me to be very rehearsed. The word "Storm" is the only word mentioned in English, until the 31 sec mark. This in when he begins talking about the unit, but speaks it in Russian. Video on screen in background is interesting. Also, these falcons are used for hunting. So the "the hunters become the hunted." Girl: "Turned out symbolic?" Putin: "Yes."
