It would be stolen and that in the end SCOTUS would over turn it based on the fact that the local election offices changes the voting procedures without having those changes voted on by the State Legislatures.
That even above and beyond all the other cheating that one thing alone was enough to overturn the 2020 election and that the evidence of it would be so overwhelming and so set in stone per law that SCOTUS would have no choice.
