So I bought another gas wall heater with December's rent. Sent the receipts and pictures to her. She got mad about that.

I'm not a vegetable. I'm getting help with the pain, but it takes time. Please keep me in your prayers. Only God can fix this problem. My kids won't even help.

I went months without hot water because she wouldn't replace the water heater. She finally did replace it, then it went out again. She made me call the warranty on the water heater, tell them this is my house and that I bought the water heater. The first part they sent didn't fix the problem, they reimbursed me the $150 I paid to have the part put in. Then they sent another part, I paid $150 again to have the burner assembly put on, and the warranty company never reimbursed me for that.
