Term limits must be implemented. A person SERVES for no more than 8 years, just like the president.. They SERVE the PEOPLE, not themselves. Once the term is up they return to their former life. No lifelong salary. They get paid while SERVING, just like those who SERVE in the military. They can contribute to a pension program while they SERVE those 8 years.
