Yeah Nana would have laughed about meditating and grounding a year ago, but for real, if you want to connect directly with God first realize that you are an eternal being with an internal connection to God/Creator/Source, what ever name you want to give, then use meditation to activate your pineal gland so you can reestablish your connection. Tonic water with quinne helps to clease the gland as well, I have found. Research grounding also it will be well worth your time,
