Those who are passionate about helping others whether illegal immigrants wars or social issues.

So being on the streets with signs making noise you will be the first to go.
Those climate activists love to block traffic and since China is the biggest polluter if we do war with China they have to go.
Illegal immigrants gets to stay with those that want them in the country and they must provide food etc.
I bet most would stop and do proper research before speaking too loudly.
I expect to see 90% reduction in wars etc because government will have a harder time fooling people.
