Don't worry about it. The IRS is defunct. Those who worked there were moved to another location where they will be involved in the collection of National Sales Tax, which is coming, instead of income taxes. National sales tax will only be collected on new homes, new cars, and non-essential items. Food, medications etc. will have no sales tax. Basically, if you're wealthy enough to afford a yacht or a new car, you should pay.

I quit paying real estate taxes 5 years ago. All they do is send me letters, which I don't open. They used to have tax sales, which was suspended, I believe, 2-3 years ago. I don't pay income tax because I haven't worked for 10 years, but I wouldn't pay knowing what I know.
