This happens in the most developed and wealthy countries as well as in developing countries. In fact, in some of the poorest countries, families with little or nothing themselves will reach out to such orphans. I, myself have been the recipient of the generosity of people in Haiti and in Tanzania. We are all told we must be neighbor to others. Let us not be the ones who feel God's wrath when His children cry out for justice.
