I think the line in the sand might be reference to drugs. But it's not the usual kind. I have seen that used before in Daily Telegraph in what looked very much like comms related to child trafficking ... I doubt it's anything related to Winton specifically. More likely just using what he's written to put comms in headline.

In the blog post I mentioned #Aerosmith 's "Pink". I said that it symbolized a drug prized by elites. Here a band member hints that it refers to something "all rock and roll is about".
