👉 Rape (including Child Rape)
👉 Murder (self-defense is not murder, BTW)

and other heinous crimes,
is a MANDATORY DEATH PENALTY (combined with Public Humiliation - must be Public, even if by pre-recorded broadcast).

Criminals who lack Empathy, Conscience or a Soul only understand Superior Force and the Penalty of Forfeiting Their Lives over a desire to commit heinous crimes.

Such Penalty is for CRIMINALS TO WITNESS, SO THAT THEY KNOW IN ADVANCE BEYOND ALL SHADOW OF A DOUBT WHAT THE PENALTY IS, SO THEY THINK OF THE PENALTY FIRST before thinking of committing such crimes.

IT IS THE ONLY VIABLE DETERRENT.
