Rules that made staff walk many additional steps in a day because this or that had to be under lock and key and away from the patient care area. Then they would send their gestopo type "inspectors" to grill staff on protocols, watch every move of staff working, and ruling that their rules were not being carried out as they wished. Then the facility would face a fine or closure if they found too many "inconsistencies." Oh the stories I could tell! 🙄
