Missed Gluten intolerance (it is not celiac -, different). I am continually amazed at what I see in stores - how people dress/look. Dr Mercola recently talked about this - there is no scientific evidence behind drinking 8 glasses or more a day. Everyone is different (needs, shapes, sizes, etc.) One size does not fit all. Drink when you are thirsty he says. We've been had by "scientific" research.

I gotta say, I came from a family of 12 children, never had money but had what we needed. I worked my way to where I am and you can too (I have no college education - fortunately!).
