NO ONE in my adopted retirement town stops to TALK on a sidewalk or talk inside a store. Pretty weird to me...I love talking to people.
A biker-gentleman was wearing "TRUMP~Make American Great Again" hat, coming out of "Ollies". I said "NICE HAT!" and he stopped to talk to me!
He was a couple years older than me, but we are both on the same page. He said "you must be Republican" and I said "NO! I AM AN AMERICAN with no [government affiliation} whatsoever"...
