This very minute--around the clock--Oroville Dam is destructing
and installing new release gates at the new Billion dollar spillway
which was destroyed a few years ago..this Dam is the largest
and tallest in the nation--Cali has had some major rains/floods
in 50's 60's and 90's--but that all ended with the introduction
of chemtrails in the 90's..just drought since
