Artificial sweeteners make you crave carbohydrates. Diet foods will make you gain weight faster. They all have more sodium than regular foods. Better to avoid all processed foods.

It's just a vicious cycle of lies, just like pharmaceutical companies.

Their profits are dependent upon their products being deceitful and creating customers for life!

My brother was diagnosed with glioblastoma multiform in his brain at 30. The Dr told him to stop drinking diet coke and playing video games. At first he didn’t listen, then the seizures started. Aspartame is one of the most evil things they created in our life. So sad.

Yeah the diet crap fooks with sumfin and makes the body process any sugar like straight to storage.
