Should individual corrupt leaders the likes of Boris Johnson, Emmanuel Macron, Justin Trudeau, Joe Biden, Jacinda Ardern, Volodymyr Oleksandrovych Zelenskyy etc. Be held accountable for their own individual actions rather than being a reflection on the countries they are supposedly representing (destroying) as a whole?
