⚖️ 6-24 ROE V WADE OVERTURNED
Justice Samuel Alito, writing for court majority,
said that the 1973 Roe ruling..
"must be overruled" they were "egregiously wrong,"
the arguments "exceptionally weak"
& so "damaging" that they amounted to
"an abuse of judicial authority."
⚖️ 6-23 UPHELD THE RIGHTS OF GUN OWNERS
to carry a loaded weapon in public
Ruling that the 2nd Amendment right to “bear arms”
overrides laws in New York & California
