Bc, they want to keep us busy while they continue to plunder our money and resources. They dont want us to panic and ruin their escape plan.
I wouldnt doubt that most of the elite of the elite are already in bunkers, just waiting. Hence the fake CGI kabuki theater.
It takes 2 years or so, to get acclimated to living underground.... Well, what has taken place over the last 2 years? High profile people are nowhere to be found... Coincendence??? There are no coincidences.
Now, I do lean towards the theory that certain folks have taken measures to mitigate the damage, casualties and the rate of recovery, but the pole shift is happening, and nothing can stop that. NCSWIC.
The money, the resources, technology, med meds, etc. Wont be released until AFTER the Pole Shift. It will all be used to rebuild and heal the population and planet.
