Fear on your planet is very strong right now for many reasons. About the violence that is happening in this war in your Russia and Ukraine.

Understand this is something that was created by the powers that are wishing to maintain control. And yes, it is terrible what is occurring. We do not condone it in any way.

But, understand, Beloveds, that part of the control mechanism works very well by you being afraid, because fear is a lower vibration.

And so, if you start to become afraid and think, “Oh, this is going to get worse. This is going to spread into other countries. What if this happens? What if that happens?”

All these “what-if’s” are a spiral downwards into your fear. As you know, the frequency of love and compassion is needed in these times, when you find yourself in fear, change your energy.
