Nana read about a guy that has been grounding/earthing for yrs literally burying almost his whole body in the dirt almost everyday and has gotten most of that small town to doing it as well.

I learned about earthing/grounding about 18 or so years ago, I do it when I can and hug a tree does it too. Thanks so much Nana !
