Who is Phil G. posting a video last evening to his thousands of followers on telegram, telling them to stay home, and wherever they are to get off ALL roads until midnight. If we make it to midnight then to consider ourselves very, very lucky. WTH??

I was thinking this. Some believe he's Ed Snowden especially since he was taking credit for his creation of the GPS tracking that they used to get the mules in 2000. In one of Phils videos he got all choked up after learning they were using his creation.
