With the proper credentials (keys) and cellular modem, Dominion machines can be accessed from anywhere in the world.
The county clerks in Otero don't hold the credentials to their own machines!
They are completely dependent on a third-party corporation that refuses to allow auditors to inspect for a cellular modem.
